This is all based on the breed, weight and condition that your dog is already in. If your dog is large and has not been groomed in a year and is has a lot of undercoat that requires removal it can take 4-5 hours. If you have a dog that has aversions to certain parts of the grooming process then I will do my best to reintegrate them by slowly introducing them and regaining their trust. Each dog is unique and can take anywhere from 1 hour to 5 hours, you know your dog best.
We have video cameras located in our shop as well as outside the premises for the safety of each party.
Should you require a specific cut on your pet we request that you provide a photo for reference and the details of the tools previously used (example: clipper length) so we may attempt to provide you with the best groom possible. Should a picture not be provided we will provide our best groom according to the breed and the assessment of the pets needs.
Yes, you will be emailed via DocuSign a Waiver which you will be required to read in its entirety, initial, sign and complete any texts required in order to become a client of Pet Aesthetics.
We understand that things come up and appointments may need to be cancelled. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We pride ourselves being a one on one, private, calm stress-free grooming experience. There are no other pets in our shop while your pet is being groomed. We do not crate dry pets and apply applications that will be the least stressful for the pet even if that means it will take us longer for the comfort of your pet. Our policy is to treat your pet as if they were our own and show them patience and kindness. We will take time at the beginning of each appointment to get to know your pet first and let them become accustom to their surroundings so they feel safe thus lessening their stress level. We will go with the flow of the pet. Our number one priority is the comfort and health of your pet.

Yes, we require proof of up-to-date vaccinations for all pets that we groom. This helps to protect the health and safety of all pets in our salon.
Yes, if your dog has a tendency to bite or nip please provide a muzzle. We will do our best to continue the groom however, services may halt should your pet become too stressed or we deem them a threat to staff for injury.

I was unable to get in to my regular groomer for a couple weeks as my girl really needed a good clean because she was dirty. Kelly took her at the drop of a hat And I must say she did quite a good job. She paid attention to her ears her nails and gave her a nice bath. I like Kelly services because it’s a one on one service. Your dog is getting the attention it deserves. We all need a little attention when we go to the spa, it is nice to have somebody wait on us well, I feel it’s the same for animals Kelly did just that she provided a great service and she surely shows love with the animal my girl felt very comfortable and came out smelling delicious. Her fur was soft . Kelly uses all natural products on the animals so I highly recommend her grooming services. When dropping your animal off, be prepared to leave her or him for the hour as she provides one on one service I love the attention she gives the animals.

Saw a sign on the side of the road advertising Pet Aesthetics and decided to look them up as my long hair cat needed his summer trim done. I was greeted by Kelly when I called and she was beyond amazing talking me through her process of how she'd take care of my little fur baby. Arranged an appointment and my little guy is looking so handsome and he's so much more comfortable. Kelly was meticulous in making sure Wolfie had no matting and was as comfy as possible. Clean those pearly whites. This service is based on the condition of your dogs teeth and would require a consultation. We use an electric tooth scraper to remove plaque. (if your dog is not already accustomed, this is not recommended)

Prices vary depending on the size and demeanor of each pet. If your pet requires more patience/time the price will be adjusted accordingly. We do not rush nail trimmings, these can be very stressful for your pet so we take extra care to ease them along and reassure them. This will calm their nerves and each visit will get easier as time passes. However this is a process that should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete when your pet is cooperative. Please expect additional charges shou

Each pet will be assessed for their first visit and prices will be discussed based on each pets needs prior to their session. Appointments for assessments will be done prior one to two days prior to their grooming date.
